For use in non-commercial projects

The product cannot be used on products that are for sale/made for financial profit.

The product can be used across one person's social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.) that does not engage in commercial/for-profit activities.

The product cannot be used on business social media accounts, websites, or publications.

The product cannot be used on apps, games, or paid advertisements.

Commercial License

For small commercial enterprises

The product can be used on up to 3,000 physical or digital end products, e.g. if you are selling a box of stickers, you can sell up to 3,000 boxes, however, if you are selling the stickers individually, you can sell up to 3,000 individual stickers.

The product can be used on all business social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.), the business's website, email newsletters, unlimited physical and digital advertisements in the name of the business registered at checkout validation.

The product can be used on broadcasts and livestreams for up to 100,000 lifetime viewers.

The product cannot be used on apps, web apps, or games.

Extended Commercial License

The product can be used on all business social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.), the business's website, email newsletters, unlimited physical and digital advertisements in the name of the business registered at checkout validation.

The product can be used on broadcasts and livestreams for an unlimited number of lifetime viewers.

The product can be used on 1 app, web app, or game sold up to 250,000 times.

General - User Agreement

Prohibited use

You may not share/distribute the product in a way that will lead to us (the author) losing revenue.

You may not use the product as part of a trademark, designmark or similar unless it is a minor element within your own unique design. You may not seek to register/enforce trademark/copyright any part of which you are not the author. In essence, you cannot prohibit the use of the product by other license owners.

You may not falsely claim authorship of the product.

You may not disassemble the product.

You may not use the product in a way that promotes the following:

• Pornography / Explicit material
• Illegal Activities
• Bigotry / Hate Speech
• Content that may cause emotional or physical distress to person/animal

Attribution

Auditing & License Termination

We reserve the right to audit any licensee that is suspected of violating the stipulated points above within reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the product license in the circumstances that any of the stipulated points above are violated.
